Below is a list of current vacancies: Technical Support Role ClickAirport develop mobile computing applications for major airports around the world. We are currently seeking a Technical Support engineer to join the team to focus on supporting airport installations around the UK and Europe and working with the development team on releasing new software. To be considered for this exciting and rewarding position, you must have good SQL and XML experience, documentation skills, an analytical aptitude, good organizational skills and the ability to ensure timely resolution of problems. In, addition, relevant IT qualifications, experience in mobile computing and networking would be an advantage. From our offices in Bournemouth, you will be responsible for the technical support of ClickAirport's systems, analyzing & resolving reported issues. Working with account management to ensure client satisfaction according to SLAs. You will also be responsible for testing systems prior to release, to ensure faults have been identified, resolved and functional requirements have been met.
