CLICKAIRPORT'S ACCIDENT & INCIDENT MODULE
As part of London Luton Airport’s ongoing contract for mobile services with ClickAirport, the Accident & Incident Module has been deployed into Airside Operations.
Front line teams will use mobile devices to capture headline information about Accidents & Incidents at the location. Managers will then use investigation tools accessed through a web browser to further investigate cases through to closure with any decisions, mitigating actions or learning points recorded. Formal reports are automatically generated for approval and are disseminated to the regulator where appropriate. The wider airside community of airlines, handling agents and support organizations will be able to discuss safety issues with the benefit of improved visibility of live and closed cases.
Accident & Incident is being deployed as a module on Clickairport’s Activity Manager Suite that is already in use across a range of duties at London Luton Airport. This approach benefits froma common user environment across departments and the reuse and integration of common elements.
The Accident & Incident module is suitable for any compliance driven organisation who need to comprehensively investigate health, safety or process compromise. The module can be highly configured to industry standards and exacting reporting requirements.
