ClickAirport, based in Westbourne continues to develop innovative wireless applications for airport operations by launching their latest 'Airfield Inspections' module, which captures key information for airfield lighting, general auditing and runway inspections.
ClickAirport applications are developed in a way that records each inspection whether anything has been found or not, showing the airport to be pro-active towards safety and building a library of documented evidence.
Capturing information on either a wireless handheld PC or touch screen panel will enable user's to capture key information whilst being completely mobile on the airfield.
Information and completed reports will be automatically despatched by e-mail to the operations manager enabling the monitoring of key performance indicators in realtime. BAA Edinburgh Airport will be implementing this latest module.
