The Activity Manager framework and all of the modules are in live service in the UK, and are now spreading internationally. We have civil & military users covering airfields from the largest in the country, through to regional civil & strike attack military airfields.

All of our users share the same passion for safety, security & team effectiveness. In several cases they are the champions in their operating sector for initiatives such as turnround behavioural analysis, wildlife control, and FOD (foreign object detection). They all share a seriousness about safety, & are involved with SMS initiatives.

Users are clear in their objectives for Activity Manager. One of the largest users had a very clear view of a comprehensive objective set. Other users had similar clarity, but were focussed on a sub-set of targets.

A typical list from a large user included:

• Improve the efficiency of staff
• Improve the quantity of data
• Improve the quality of data
• Improve the ability to generate reports
• Improve the ability to undertake analysis
• Provide more effective patrols
• All staff must be able to use the system
• Uptime must exceed 99%

All of these objectives were met, often with significant improvements. For example, data quantity improved by over 400%, whilst data quality was described as ""a vast improvement over paper records - consistent, legible, traceable & complete"". Uptime was 100%.
