On-Stand Data Capture
This application enables the front-line users to run through a Yes/No questionnaire. Questions can be selected :- at random; according to pre-selected conditions; in support of local safety initiatives, and/or based around a common core of top priority questions.

Checks can be completed for entire turnarounds (from on-stand time to push-back time) or for distinct parts of the operation; e.g. Aircraft Arrival, Aircraft General Service and Aircraft Departure.

Continuous Improvement

The management application can be used to look at individual checks, with exception reporting of 'failures' and scoring reports. The repository of questions can be managed (including scorecard weightings and targets). As well as monitoring turnaround conformance, reports can be broken down to a part of an operation (e.g. refueling, baggage etc), organisation, weather conditions, a specific question or exceptions.

Investigations may lead to penalty or non-compliance notices be issued as a result of investigations. Reports can be generated & sent to relevant parties.
