ClickAirport will undertake all initial commissioning and installations as part of the managed service, from requirement specification through to on-site cutover.

Following agreement on suitability of the Activity Management Suite for your operation, we will jointly match your requirements to existing functionality. If you require mandatory features unique to your operation, we will advise on how they could be developed as custom work.

Resources

We will work through existing application task lists & procedures with you, & tailor the available options to your operation. This includes reviewing internal workflow & rules. We do work to published industry standards whenever possible, to ensure accurate compliance checking, & to improve industry standardisation.

Operational detail such as authorised staff, operator, handling agents, aircraft types, locations, contact information etc must all be provided & entered prior to system implementation. Subsequent changes will be managed by ClickAirport as part of the service.

Report requirements will normally be met using industry forms where applicable, and the use of system tools to generate ad hoc reports.

Permanent localised or custom forms can be developed as custom work.

System changes will be managed by ClickAirport, as will backup data management & system integrity. ClickAirport will also manage hardware maintenance.
