Security Patrols

The Security Patrol module gives airfield management visibility of the delivery of critical security procedures. Security patrol duties in the terminal or out on the airfield are accurately captured on a hand-held device, and collated to a central database accessed through a secure web interface.

Accountability and Audit Log
User authentication is controlled by Password and PIN. Following log-on security officer are given their defined tasks and route. All patrol activities are logged, with exact timings recorded by Atomic clock. Any resulting security issues are logged, and remedial actions recorded.

Supervisor Functions
Supervisors have web based access to read, modify and distribute security procedures. Individual officer tasks are described with rules, routes, location maps and timelines. Supervisors are able to open and investigate security incidents through to closure and issue of official report and penality notices.

The application automatically generates email/SMS/fax notification of failures to meet service delivery levels, and identifies non-compliance.
