Airfield Inspections

The Airfield Inspections module ensures consistent inspection procedures are followed, providing a detailed log of all inspections. It enables the front-line teams to log all asset inspection activities, whether scheduled or ad hoc. Locations may be any airfield surfaces or equipment, including runways, taxiways, ramp areas; and include emergency equipment, lighting and other assets.

Compliance Focus
Inspection tasks can be scheduled into the operations diary, and service delivery tracked. Warnings can be provided if a process is at risk of non-compliance. For a more detailed analysis, specific inspections can be assessed with start and finish times, patrol mileages and debris/defect information.

Problem Resolution
Defects can be logged by locations via maps, and by assets using an asset database. Faults are immediately recorded and channelled to the relevant departments.

Defects can be managed through to resolution, and orders raised with relevant parties.

Foreign object debris (FOD) seen and/or salvaged be can be logged by location and classified. Photograph evidence may be attached.
